In this video you can see how to hook up the Loop Loc Anchor spring to the anchor that is located in the cement of the patio. You will want to “hook” the spring onto the Loop Loc installation bar and then bring the bar backwards while sliding the spring down the installation bar and then hooking on the anchor. You can see it done on a real pool in this video.
