Video Description:
This video will show you what you will have to disconnect and remove when you want to winterize your in ground swimming pool with a DE filter, Polaris Booster Pump, Hayward Super Pump and also a heat pump. You will always want to make sure that each pump is drained free of all water even if they are being stored in a basement or a shed. Sometimes its best to lay the pumps on the side as well as upside down to make sure that they are all free of water. If you leave water inside of the pumps during the winter season and your temperature drops below freezing you could damage the swimming pool pumps / heater. You also will want to blow out the under ground swimming pool plumbing as well.
